Internal and External.- ePRs to be published externally (outside Continental) and / or  staffed with a Continental employee from Group Functions, ContiTech or Tires

Customer Quality Engineer is the main Interface with OEMs (Customer) to attend Quality Issues. 

Some of the daily tasks: 

• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Daily communication Internally to share failure details, and get the people fully understand what customer is claiming. 
• Supporting customer root cause audits and investigations.
• Communication with Residents Engineers to perform sorting activities at Customer side. 
• Handling customer complaints. 
• Warranty leader. 
• Tracking customer scorecards and initiating improvement plans.
• Extreme ownership and decision maker by itself. 
• Coordinate analysis reports with warranty technician. 
• Involvement on technical issues at shopfloor to easily communicate to customer. 

• Bachelor's Degree
