Job Description

THE POSITION

Define internal and external audit management concept for quality and technical compliance in line with Group Sector framework. Coordinate auditors and execute required audits within the Business Area. Maintain Certification landscape.

Internal and external quality and technical compliance audit management for the Business Area (BA).

Audit Management - Internal audits

  • Definition of internal audit management concept for quality and technical compliance for BA based on Group Sector framework
  • Strategic development of BA internal audit program and definition of audit focus areas based on results of previous audits, Mission Critical Rules, performance monitoring results or other defined priorities
  • Analysis of BA audit results for identification of good practices or weaknesses and creation of management summaries

Audit Management - Certification audits

  • Definition of external audit management concept for quality and technical compliance for BA based on Group Sector framework, identification of synergy potentials and initiation and review of improvements
  • Selection of certification bodies in the area of quality and technical compliance for BA based on Group Sector standards
  • Definition of remote functions for BA in alignment with Group Sector concept 
  • Analysis of audit results for identification of good practices or weaknesses, review and conduct lessons learned and creation of management summaries

Audit Management - Auditor Pool

  • Coordination of audits in the area of quality and technical compliance for BA
  • Alignment and definition of auditor qualification / skills matrix in the area of quality and technical compliance for BA
  • Ensure deployment of qualified auditors
  • Efficient nomination of auditors across Business Area for quality and technical compliance under consideration of necessary qualification needs

Audit Management - Audit performance

  • Execute audit programs as defined for BA quality and technical compliance
  • Execute audits within Business Area in the area of quality and technical compliance as defined
  • Execute audits for other areas as part of auditor pool ContiTech

Audit Management - Digitalization

  • Act as business process owner and Central Key User for audit management tool within BA
  • Administration and maintenance of audit management tool and support within BA
  • Align activities with Group Sector business process owner and Central Key User
  • Support continuous improvement of audit management tool in alignment with Group Sector business process owner and Central Key User

Audit Management Network

  • Drive audit management network for quality and technical compliance within BA
  • Active member of audit management network within ContiTech
  • Support closure of non-conformities arising from internal or external audits
  • Exchange with audit management networks of other disciplines, e.g. environment, energy etc. for identification and leverage of synergy potentials
  • Exchange with Integrated Management System for identification of weaknesses, good practices and continuous improvement within BA

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering, Production Technology, Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Auditor qualification in the area of quality and technical compliance
  • Experience in Audit Management 
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems
  • Broad functional work experience including operations
  • Experience in different organizations (cross-functional) 
  • Experience in performance of audits and coordination of certifications 
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in intercultural communication
  • Experience in the implementation of international processes, programs or strategies
