• Provide support to projects in production, based on detailed knowledge of the operation of the products.
• Provide diagnostics on production line failures in the product and support product training. 
• Coordinate the actions of containment and participate in corrective and preventive actions derived from Jidoka events and nonconformities found in the production floor.
• Analyze process failures found in production to detect problems in a timely manner, raise FPY, avoid customer failures and feedback to SQM in vendor failures"
• Perform layered audits (Layered Process Audit). It is necessary that the LPA cover different topics such as the SPC, check list,records, maintenance, etc.
• Capture and archive reports from different quality databases, Have documentation and history of failures and present the results at the project meeting. 
• Coordinate the containment actions and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

• Electromechanical technician degree.
• Previous experience in automotive field.
• Teamwork ability.
