GBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.

It provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.

Job Description

▪ Provide leadership in administration of master data activities and projects to ensure completeness, timely and accurate processing of requests in accordance with agreed key performance metrics.
• Manages and support implementation of data objects assigned to Global Data Intelligence such as business partner, material master finance master data, and tools implementation (e.g., WinShuttle) and other activities).
• Review and preparation of reports for updates in data objects, conduct calls, presentation with stakeholders, clean-ups and master data processes migration.
• Review, approve and perform quality check on master data work instructions and documentations.
• Manage relationship with master data stakeholders, business key users, project teams and leadership team to ensure smooth transition of master data activities.
• Responsible for the smooth transition of activities from ContiTech business unit locations to GBS Manila especially those related to data
▪ Lead future work migration planning and implementation from ContiTech markets (e.g., working directly with market management, documenting migrating work, participating in job shadowing and knowledge transfer (onsite and remote).
▪ Identify work expansion opportunities and work with Service Delivery Lead to commence process mobilization of activities.

▪ Accountable for the team involvement in performing master data maintenance activities such as additions, modifications, deletions, and process documentation. 
▪ Ensure strict implementation of  Continental policies & procedures to achieve global data integrity and consistency.
▪ Perform compliances checks and quality control review among team members.
▪ Responsible for preparation, review and support of internal and external audit activities.
▪Support additional activities under the direction of GDI workstream management.

▪ Accountable for delivering results on Service Level Agreements and related Key Performance Indicators, creates an action plans on failed metrics and monitor progress.
▪ Review and develop new KPI's periodically to ensure performance are kept at a competetive level, document KPI definitions and reporting procedures to ensure consistency in reporting. Participate and support Service Delivery Lean in KPI discussion with stakeholders.
▪ Work with the team members to perform root cause analyses, to improve persistent audit findings, and resolve challengesto meet the set target for the team.
▪ Develops and prepares reports to measure, monitor, and identify opportunities for improvement in master data and business support processes.  
▪ Distributes and communicates performance metrics with stakeholders, and collaborate with management to provide solutions to issues identified from reports.

▪ Plan, organize, lead and control the work of the teams to ensure that objectives are achieved and services are delivered to the customers/stakeholders. 
▪ Manage the performance of team members, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, skills and professional development, employee engagement and retention, and succession planning.
▪ Ensure development measures for all members are achieved as per defined goal discussed with immediate Lead
▪ Support GBS Manila employee initiatives such as town halls, training and events, corporate social responsibility programs, and other activities that increase employee engagement of GBS employees.
 

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years work related experience in IT, Finance, Purchasing, Order to Cash
• 3+ years people and stakeholder management experience
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and databases preferably SAP

• At least 5+ years experience in managing or participated in projects for master data.  
• Expert knowledge in master data migration, data cleansing, and harmonization efforts

• Three (3)+ supervisory experience in a BPO or shared service industry
• Change Management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite; Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Experience with working with international teams required
• Advanced customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Expert communicator and deep understanding of different cultures and norms.
