Job Description
- Machinery - Ensure technical availability and capability of production machineries incl. utilities and civil (milling machines, turning machines, cranes, ovens etc.) according to the company's requirements and approved budgets. Installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Building - Responsibility for the whole Building and Infrastructure (inside and outside). Perform and organize maintenance and repair with internal and external partners.
- Quality - Accept the responsibility and striving for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honoring organization policies and all regulatory requirements.
- Safety/Environment - Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the plant premises.
- Technical - Implement planned and unplanned maintenance processes to achieve annual maintenance targets. Implementation of TPM.
- Finance - Prepares yearly maintenance budget and insures its adherence. Management of budget spending. Support reduction of energy consumption through good maintenance practices. Optimization of spare parts stock value.
- Management - Directs, administrates, and develops Maintenance team members. Monitoring and reporting KPIs. Usage of KPIs to define appropriate activities/measures, and follow-up thereof. Ensure correct usage of standard company tools and methodologies. Management of Plant Shutdown. Ensure spare parts availability in warehouse.
- Engage with Supplier - Coordinates external suppliers in the plant. Develops local suppliers together with purchasing department and in agreement with Industrial Engineering.
- Installation and set-up of new machines
- Electric Projects with related §11 of law 194/2022 sb.
Qualifications
- Electrical- or Mechatronics Engineer or comparable education
- 3 or more years of professional experience in the field of maintenance and electrical engineering
- Experience in repairing lathes, milling machines, cranes, and other production machinery.
- Knowledge about building infrastructure (extended Knowledge: power grid, pressed air; basic knowledge: water, wastewater, etc.)
- Knowledge of TPM desirable
- High degree of self-organization
- Basic skills in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams)
- First Knowledge in Leading People desirable
- Team player and good communication skills
- Knowledge of German or English is an advantage
