Job Description
* Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization’s market relationship.
*Supports the organization's job evaluation process.
* Develops recommendations to adjust salary structure in response to changing organizational needs and market values.
* Reviews proposals for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
* Supports development and impementation of salary administration guidelines, compensation policies and programs.
* Researches and implements special compensation programs or incentive systems to support the organization’s objectives, retention, competitiveness, relocations.
* Manages annual compensation processes including STI and salary planning including:WSI, budget and sal plan platform.
* Manages the reward and recognition policy and platform.
* Acts as a coach of Compensation topics for HRBP's around the country.
* Supports harmonization topics of compensation elements such as: Savings Fund, Food Coupons, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Premium around the country.
* Supports Communication of Updated Compensation policies, processes and procedures to all locations.
* Leads specific HR Comp. Projects.
* Create and keep updated Salary Bands and Market Ranges.
* Support and follow up on SIBP, sales incentive program.
* Support and follow up activities related to M&A, Legal entities changes and/or fusiones.
* Supports development and impementation of Benefits administration guidelines, benefits policies and programs.
* Acts as a coach of Benefits topics for HRBP's around the country.
* Supports harmonization topics of benefits elements such as: Retirement Plans, Health & Welfare, Life Insurance, Leasing Car Policy, Optional/Flexible Plans, Cafeteria Plans, Work-Life Balance Initiatives.
* Supports Communication of Updated Benefits policies and procedures to all locations.
* Supports and engages on RFPs of Benefits and delevopment of contracts.
* Support specific HR Benefits Projects
* Act as HR Pension Administrator through the coordination of retirement service providers (i.e. actuary, fund administrator, trust administrator.
* Supports enrollment process and administration of Employee Master Benefit Programs through Brokers/Service Providers assuring quality of service delivery in each topic (i.e. life, medical, dental, AD&D)
* First escalation level for benefits issues for service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree, Business Studies/Economics Science/Engineering or Related.
- Desired C&B Certification/Related Training (CCP, GRP, SPHR)
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits or related benefits administration.
- At least 5 years of HR experience
- Experience handling C&B projects and/or HR projects.
- Desired experience working with multicultural project teams in HR (NA region)
- Advanced level of english (B2/C1) is required ( Interviews will be in english )
