Job Description

***This position is a 12-month international rotation (Germany, USA, and more) trainee program, and will transition to a permanent sales position at the conclusion. Program will begin based at corporate office in Fort Mill, SC in January 2024 or June 2024. We have similar roles for Agriculture Tires, Bicycle Tires, Motorcycle Tires, and Racing Tires***

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
  • Bicycle enthusiast 
  • High skills of social competence, communication and intercultural awareness 
  • Customer focused

  • Strong ownership, solution-oriented mindset
  • Continental is able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity

  • Masters degree in business administration or similar
  • 2+ years related professional experience in sales or related field
  • International experience
