Your Tasks

Do you want to be a Software Quality Engineer for Smart Mobility (Iasi)? These should spark your interest:

• Plan quality assurance measures on work-package/ (sub)project level;
• Participate and approve the process tailoring within the (sub)project;
• Participate to and moderate certain object and milestone reviews;   
• Responsible to report (in time & accurately) the quality status of the (sub)project/ work-packages to the relevant stakeholders of the project;
• Responsible to escalate critical issues according to the escalation strategy;
• Responsible to track and monitor the quality status for the assigned (sub)project;
• Support piloting and roll-out of new/ updated processes in the (sub)project;
• Responsible for training and presentations delivery within the department;
• Ensure support and mentoring for new Quality Engineers.       

A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience;
• 2 + years of relevant professional experience in quality topics;
• Knowledge of development process and methodology;
• Quality methods and techniques (e.g. moderation, problem solving, audits;
• Knowledge of customer standards and norms related to quality;
• Knowledge of Quality standards (CMMI, ASPICE,  IATF 16949:2016);
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodology;
• Training and presentation skills;
• Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills;
• Good writing, reading and speaking English skills.
