As a Group Finance Graduate, a wide variety of challenging opportunities is waiting for you, which provide you a fast track into the Finance business at Continental. Your individual path throughout the Group Finance Graduate Program is based on your educational background, your individual preferences and our business needs.

During the two-year program, you will complete four modules (Group Functions, Business Area/Unit, International and Focus Module), each six months long, in different Finance functions, locations and group sectors. Enabling you to contribute to current finance tasks and projects as well as giving you the opportunity to build relationships across every line of business. This makes it possible to enhance both your Finance knowledge and soft skills and it is your chance to build your own personal network in our company to be ready for your future placement in our Finance organization.

• Excellent Master or MBA degree in Finance and Controlling, Economics or similar
• First practical experience through internships
• International experience through studies or internships abroad
• Excellent English language skills written and spoken
• Proven planning and organizing skills
• Eagerness to develop and take the initiative
• Passion to work in a multicultural environment
• Flexibility to adapt to different working environments
• Basic experience with digitalization and/or process automatization preferred
