●  Plan and align technology strategy in production
● Harmonize technologies (machine, method, material) worldwide
● Initialize and lead harmonization projects
● Standardization and continuous improvement of existing technologies in Operations
● Support worldwide ramp of new technologies and design for manufacturing
● Setup and maintain network of technology partners
● Ensure benchmark and transfer of best practices
● Support in case of local crisis issues
● Map required technology competencies of plants
● Foster gap closure, know how transfer and training
● Create and align roadmap for (new) technologies
● Scan market trends and involve internal and external suppliers
● Evaluate and introduce new technologies and products

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

● Univeristy degree in technical field (preferably Chemistry)
● Experience (> 10 years) in chemical materials for automotive or other industries like Gap filler, Solder paste, Underfilling materials, Conformal coating material or any other materials which are used in various industries.
● KnowHow in Chemical structure of in automotive used materials
● KnowHow in  Processing of materials
● Project Experience in technology field > 5 years (technology project, process implementation project etc.)
● English communication mandatory (international networt and teams)
●Experience in working with international teams
●Preferred experience working abroad
●Understanding of different foreign cultures

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

● PhD Degree in Chemistry would be plus
