Job Description

We’re seeking people who genuinely want to help their fellow Kiwis and the environment #dreamresult.  You’ll do this by being the first point of contact for all things customer related across all platforms i.e. phone (primarily), chat and email. If having flexibility of choosing where and when you work from, then this opportunity will be right up your ally? Oh yeah, you can build your career with us as well. We have pathways to build your in operations, data, ICT, trades, finance and this is just to name a few!  

Our call centre is open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays. This role is different as you will get to choose what hours you work each day ideally starting after classes have finished for the day. This is what your working week could look like; 

Monday: 6-10pm 

Tuesday: 6-10pm 

Wednesday: 8-11pm 

Thursday & Friday: days off 

Saturday: 1-5pm 

Sunday: 1-5pm 

Here’s a rough timeline of what we are looking for: 

  • Training commences in either our Dunedin or Levin on the 15th November 2021 

  • Full time employment over the Uni summer holidays 

  • Part Time employment will commence after 28th Feb 2022 to accommodate your return to education

  • You can work part time hours during the semesters then ramp up full time hours during the holidays if you like 

Qualifications

A bit about you 

You will be a customer service pro. You love chatting to people, helping to solve their problems while providing solid service. You’re a wizz with technology, a fast learner and a quick thinker. Kindness and integrity are behind everything you do and you are ready to tackle some tricky conversations every now and then.

  • We’re seeking a normal working week to be 16hours+
