Job Description

A bit about what you’ll do 

We have over 500,000 customers! As one of our CSRs you will be the first point of contact for all thing's customer related. This can be anything from billing enquiries to setting customers up for their energy and broadband needs across from inbound call, cool huh?! You are the one stop shop for both new and existing customers. Our opening hours are 7am to 7pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  Our training programme in Levin is based on the individual. This means that you could be up and running in under 12 weeks.
