Are you an expert in the IT sector but have hit a glass ceiling in your current firm?
We are looking for a IT Division Manager based at Liverpool Street, London
This particular role will provide you with the platform you will need to create your own division in line with your past experience in the IT sector. You will be given the best, advanced technology and equipment to assist you with developing your business.
Whether your area of expertise lies in FinTech or Cloud, this role is fully flexible. Taking on this position will be a challenge from the offset but is a natural next step for those who are experts in their field, top billers and have hit a glass ceiling in their current firm. The growth of your team is entirely down to you and whilst you will receive guidance from the existing highly respected recruitment veterans in the company, the direction you want to your division to take is up to you to decide.
What is on offer?
● A great base salary of £25-£45k depending on proven billings
● A brilliant commission structure paying up to 25% - with no caps and commission paid on threshold amounts also
● Grow a team in your area of expertise and earn a 2% rider on all team billings and 10% over all trainee billings

Responsibilities
● Full responsibility for driving the business forward via developing and motivating of your team
● Using your business development skills and contacts in the financial sector to gain new clients for yourself and your team to work on
● Review and appraise your team through regular meetings and 1:1, and correctly identifying any training needs
● Negotiating and closing permanent AND/OR temporary deals
● Manage the recruitment process entirely to completion
● Recruiting and interviewing potential candidates for your team
