Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing (m/f) for one of our portfolio companies. 

  • Responsiblity for the conception, implementation and optimization of all performance-oriented online marketing campaigns
  • Management and control of the online marketing team including budget responsibility
  • Conception of new cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Preparation of regular reportings and continuous monitoring and analysis of all marketing KPIs
  • Organization of strategic coordination-rounds with our sales team to coordinate the quantity and quality of leads
  • Responsibility also for the creative side of marketing and permanent execution of tests and experiments
  • Close cooperation with the founding team in setting up the marketing team

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of business administration, marketing, business informatics or a comparable training.
  • You have several years of professional experience as an executive in online marketing, preferably with a start-up or e-commerce company.
  • Your focus is on cross-channel online marketing (Facebook, CRM, SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate)
  • You have a clear understanding of what a conversion funnel should look like
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are accustomed to aligning your marketing objectives with clearly measurable KPIs
  • You have experience in leading a team and also bring an open-minded personality, a great sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills
  • You distinguish yourself through extraordinary conceptual skills, a creative mind-set and a strong hands-on mentality
  • You communicate fluently in German and English
