Job Description
The People Services Specialist handles both front and back-office tasks. You will provide customer service for Employee lifecycle related processes through inquiry management and resolution. You will provide functional expertise and specialized process administration while owning and delivering continuous improvement, operational reporting and service management to colleagues in 14 different countries.
The People Services Specialist manages People technology, reporting and analytics. You will also be managing People data and high-volume transactional processing, reviews People transactional data and deliver reports. Executes compliance and regulatory reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as point of contact for People inquiries via various intake channels (e.g. Teams, ticketing system and email.
- Plays a pivotal role in educating the organization about people services, processes and channels of inquiry escalation.
- Addresses, tracks, and resolves escalated inquiries.
- Delivers monthly Payroll input and executes checks
- Executes People processes, procedures, and policies along guidance from the CoE.
- Generates operational reports and analyses data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Processes data changes in HR systems; data input in People core system, verification required documentation on the specific employee life cycle activity.
- Administers and processes joiner, mover and leaver information.
- Processes and executes on- and off-boarding activities.
- Executes compliance-related activities.
- Support & Maintain People Services systems and perform configuration activities when needed.
- Strives for efficiency, DE&I in everything the People Services Team does through a continuous improvement mindset and recommendations of new approaches to established policies and practices.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years professional experience in HR administration
- Experience with a HRIS, preferably HiBob.
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage. Any additional language is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast paced international environment
- Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms

- This role is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- This position has a preference for full-time work (40 hours/week), however part-time arrangements (32 hours/week) can also be discussed.
- Offering a salary of €50.000 - €60.000 dependent on experience
- Hybrid working opportunity: our guidelines allow for up to 60% remote work.
