Job Description

We are offering an entry level position in the Constanter Investment Office. You will support our Investment Selection teams in the analysis of potential and existing investments and support in investment process. You will also support our Asset Allocation and Hedging team in the development of our investment, risk and portfolio management tools and capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the analysis of potential investments: Support documentation and analysis of new investment opportunities
  • Reporting: Review performance data and ensure timely availability to the Investment Office; Create and maintain analytical tools, manage data
  • Origination: Pipeline management and tracking
  • Support research projects: Market research and provision of market data; Handling of external data sources, data extraction and analysis
  • Support investment process and manager monitoring: Support due diligence & completion of investments; Assist with preparation of IC memos; Assist in monitoring managers and/ or investments over time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences or other quantitative programs such as Physics, Math, etc.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant working experience.

Key competencies

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Some experience in financial analysis
  • Able to collaborate across different teams and functions in a multinational setting
  • Keen to deliver results and to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Solid programming skills would be a plus, preferably in Python, and high IT proficiency
