**JOB SUMMARY** The Reservations Coordinator manages all guest reservation details prior to arrival and maintains comprehensive guest profiles and preferences to deliver personalized service. Key responsibilities include: - Process and verify all reservation summaries and special requirements from the Central Reservation System (CRS)

• Handle all telephone communications in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the reservation system
• Comply with all required trainings, including Fire, Tsunami, and First Aid standards, and stay current with market trends and competitor information - Demonstrate passion and professionalism in all guest interactions, maintaining an elegant demeanor and attentive service approach

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations or Front Office.
• Good knowledge of reservation systems, PMS, and online booking platforms.
• Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
