Join our team at Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort nestled in the beautiful Seychelles, as an F&B Attendant. We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests in our food and beverage outlets.

• Greet, seat, and respond promptly to guest inquiries in a warm and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve according to established standards
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Contribute to a positive team environment

• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus)
• Basic math skills and knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
