The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Check in with guests during meals to address any needs or concerns.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests efficiently.

• Handle cash and process payments correctly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Follow health and safety standards, including hygiene and food handling procedures.

• NC3 certification in Restaurants and Bar or any other relevant qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter or in a similar role.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.

• Professional appearance and good personal presentation.

• Energetic, with a strong team spirit and a proactive attitude.
