We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Constance Moofushi, Maldives. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities daily
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as required
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
