Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa/Yoga Therapist to join our wellness team at our luxurious resort in Constance Lemuria Seychelles. As a Spa/Yoga Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with exceptional relaxation and rejuvenation experiences in our tropical paradise setting.
- Perform a variety of massage therapies and body treatments tailored to individual guest needs
- Lead group and private yoga sessions for guests of all skill levels
- Create personalized wellness plans combining spa treatments and yoga practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil environment in the spa and yoga areas
- Educate guests on the benefits of various treatments and yoga practices
- Assist in the development of new spa treatments and yoga programs
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide holistic guest experiences
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort policies
Qualifications
- Certified Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in spa therapy
- Yoga Teacher certification with experience in teaching various yoga styles
- Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and body treatments
- Strong knowledge of yoga philosophy and practices
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a calming atmosphere
- Physical stamina and flexibility to perform treatments and demonstrate yoga poses
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in luxury hospitality settings preferred
- Willingness to work in a tropical island environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of wellness and holistic healing concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
