We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Engineering Storekeeper to join our team at the prestigious Constance Moofushi resort in the Maldives. As an Engineering Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our engineering inventory, ensuring smooth operations in our picturesque island setting.

• Manage and organise the engineering store, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming engineering parts, materials, and equipment
• Issue tools, equipment, and supplies to engineering staff as required
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with digital records
• Prepare and process purchase orders for replenishment of stock
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe storage environment
• Collaborate with the engineering team to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts
• Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the store area
• Assist in the preparation of periodic inventory reports for management
• Coordinate with suppliers and handle basic procurement tasks

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or industrial setting
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Basic technical knowledge of engineering parts and equipment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of engineering terminology and basic concepts
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in an engineering environment
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work in a remote island resort setting
• Relevant certifications in inventory management or supply chain (preferred)
