Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a dedicated Villa Host with Russian language skills to join our esteemed team. As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Welcome and assist Russian-speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional greeting
• Conduct personalised villa orientations, explaining amenities and services available
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs throughout their stay, acting as their dedicated liaison
• Coordinate and book various services such as dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future reference
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Promote resort facilities and services to maximise guest experience and revenue
• Assist with check-out procedures and farewell guests in a courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the villa area

Candidate Requirements :

• Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service industry is preferred
• Secondary education or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality management is desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and guest information
• Knowledge of Seychelles culture and attractions is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanour
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
