We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the luxurious Constance Halaveli resort in the Maldives. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional stay experience.

• Greet and check-in guests, providing a warm and professional welcome to the resort
• Handle guest enquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining guest records and preparing reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle financial transactions, including cash and credit card payments
• Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist with concierge services, such as arranging transportation and excursions
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of Maldivian culture and customs is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
