Job Description
The E-Commerce Revenue Executive assists the Revenue Manager in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy by consolidating and maintaining up permanently the rates and availability, conducting online and generating daily/weekly reports.
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include,but not limited to the following areas and activities. At the Management’s discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Revenue Manager to optimize the revenue of Constance Hotels properties and ensure that they are in line with the market.
- Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis.
- Assist the Revenue Manager in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy for each one of the properties, consolidating the rate and availability parity across channels.
- Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the group's Channel Manager system (SynXis)
- Act as the main contact person within the group for CMS related issues, being able to communicate effectively with both CRO and the properties.
- Maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in the partners different extranet.
- Assist the Revenue Manager in the elaboration of the different reports.
- Run on a monthly basis a comprehensive report on the overall online production.
- Interact with the different involved departments (CRO, Marketing, E Business), to make sure that all online efforts are consistent with the group's strategy.
- Perform these and other duties required.
Qualifications
Requirement and Qualifications:
BSC in Hospitality Management, in E-commerce or Marketing.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, specializing in OTA distribution, revenue management and emerging technologies in hospitality e-commerce, and digital consumer behavior patterns.
Expertise in pricing strategies, channel distribution, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively with external partners.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in e-commerce and hotel distribution platforms.
