Constance Moofushi, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Constance TMA Lounge Hostess Intern to join our team. This exciting internship opportunity offers a chance to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while working in a stunning tropical paradise.

• Greet and welcome guests to the TMA Lounge, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Assist guests with check-in procedures and provide information about resort facilities and services
• Maintain a clean and tidy lounge area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Take and prepare beverage orders for guests, demonstrating basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Assist in organising and setting up for special events or functions in the lounge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and lounge activities
• Support senior staff members in daily operations and learn from their expertise
• Contribute to the overall guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing exceptional service

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hospitality management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to adapt to and thrive in a remote island setting
• Basic understanding of the luxury hospitality industry (preferred)
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in the hospitality sector
