Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during night-time hours, overseeing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports
• Audit all cash handling transactions and room postings
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure the security and safety of the resort during night hours
• Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
• Prepare and distribute various management reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle any emergencies or unusual situations that may arise during the night shift

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in hotel night audit or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite
• Strong mathematical and accounting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of hotel operations and accounting procedures
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Fluency in English
