We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at the luxurious Constance Halaveli resort in the Maldives. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property in this idyllic island setting.

• Patrol the resort premises, including beachfront areas and water villas, to maintain a secure environment
• Monitor surveillance equipment and security systems to detect any suspicious activities or potential threats
• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, or security breaches, following established protocols
• Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and guest areas
• Manage access control, including checking identification and issuing visitor passes
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Participate in ongoing security training and drills to enhance preparedness
• Perform water-based security duties as required, including patrolling the resort's lagoon and beach areas

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Proficiency in surveillance and monitoring techniques
• Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures
• Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Ability to write clear and concise reports
• Familiarity with security systems and equipment
• Understanding of local laws and regulations
• Knowledge of hospitality industry security protocols
• Strong swimming ability and comfort in performing water-based security duties
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
