Constance Lemuria, a luxurious resort in Mauritius, is seeking a friendly and efficient Porter/Driver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our guests and their belongings.

• Transport guests to and from the airport, as well as to various locations around the resort and nearby attractions
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring proper handling and care
• Maintain a clean and well-organised vehicle at all times
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
• Provide friendly and informative communication to guests about local attractions and resort amenities
• Assist with various porter duties within the resort as needed
• Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries

• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations in Mauritius, particularly around the Constance Lemuria resort area
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour
• Efficient time management and organisational abilities
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or Creole are advantageous
• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Previous experience as a porter or driver in a hospitality setting is preferred
• First aid certification is desirable
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
