We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our luxurious wellness retreat at Constance Halaveli, Maldives. As a key member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional treatments and create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests in this tropical paradise.

• Perform a wide range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments
• Customise treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment
• Advise guests on suitable treatments and home care routines
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior spa therapists
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate treatment records and monitor product inventory
• Promote and sell spa products and services to maximise revenue
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting
• Proficiency in various massage techniques
• Expertise in facial treatments, body treatments, and aromatherapy
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Knowledge of spa and wellness industry trends
• Understanding of luxury hospitality standards
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Willingness to work in a remote island setting and adapt to the unique environment of the Maldives
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
