Join our team at the luxurious Constance {NAME} in the Maldives as a Bar Host! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our tropical paradise.

• Warmly greet and welcome guests to the bar area, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Take and prepare drink orders efficiently and accurately, demonstrating attention to detail
• Recommend and upsell beverages based on guest preferences and food pairings
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions with precision
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to serve bar snacks and light meals
• Create and maintain a positive, energetic environment for guests and team members
• Stay updated on beverage trends and participate in menu development
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol
• Adapt to the unique challenges of working in a tropical island setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Basic math skills for quick calculations and inventory management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of international drinks and cocktail trends
• Understanding of luxury hospitality standards
