Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Quality Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

 

  • Manage and analyse Guest Satisfaction Surveys (GSS) and online reviews, preparing reports and responses to ensure continuous improvement in guest experience.
  • Oversee LRA (official quality audits) processes, including review of non-compliant standards, allocation of action points, and monitoring of Management Action Plans (MAPs).
  • Create and distribute daily quality dashboards, ensuring relevant information is shared with all departments.
  • Conduct regular quality visits and self-assessments across various departments, communicating observations and ensuring compliance with improvement areas.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with departments.
  • Validate quality scores for departmental and resort Balanced Scorecards (BSC).
  • Chair monthly quality committee meetings and prepare quality-related reports for senior management.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and arrange mystery shopper audits.
  • Perform duty manager shifts as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

 

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
  • Experience in quality assurance within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation
  • Deep understanding of hospitality service standards and guest satisfaction drivers
  • Passion for providing luxury experiences and inspiring creativity at all levels
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, German, Arabic, Italian) is advantageous
