Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of all employees in the restaurant
  • As Pool & Beach Manager, you’ll oversee one of Seychelles' most stunning beachfront experiences, ensuring seamless operations and unforgettable guest moments. With expertise in Pool & Beach service, a can-do mindset, and positive energy, you’ll lead aBe the face of our Pool & Beach service, ensuring an effortless and elegant guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and inspire your team to create exceptional moments by the water.
  • Elevate beachside dining, from cocktails at sunset to fresh seafood feasts.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with confidence and a solution-driven attitude.
  • Oversee inventory, scheduling, and budgets for smooth and efficient operations dynamic team in delivering world-class hospitality.
  • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of staff professionalism
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant
  • Handle complaints and make effective service recovery
  • Ensure standards are being followed in accordance with F&B policies and procedures
  • Ensure all employees have full product knowledge
  • Regularly inspect food & beverage quality
  • Follow established and proper Accounting procedures
  • Conduct daily roll plays and ensure employees adhere to grooming standards
  • Maintain daily log book maintaining clear and concise information on the operations.
  • Establish guest database with preference records of regular guests
  • Schedule employees to maintain Hotel's service standards within budgeted labour costs
  • Assign responsibilities to subordinates and conduct regular performance checks
  • Implement weekly cleaning schedules for operating equipment
  • Control stock of all equipment in the restaurant
  • Constantly monitor staff's appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines.
  • Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served.

     

     

Qualifications

Candidate REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in F& B Service Operations or Hotel Management 
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as Pool and Beach Manager in 5* resort environment.
  • Experienced in luxury Pool & Beach operations—you understand what makes a five-star coastal experience exceptional.
  • A natural leader who brings energy and positivity to the team.
  • A problem solver with a can-do attitude—ready to tackle challenges with creativity.
  • Passionate about exceeding guest expectations in a breathtaking beachfront setting.
  • Experience in Island is desirable
  • Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • He or She will be highly motivated, have a passion for providing a luxury experience for all our guests, be solution oriented and be able to inspire creativity at all levels.
