The Role

Successful candidates must be willing to deliver a range of cleaning services including;

• Keep the work site clean and tidy
• Daily reporting on staff, property & equipment issues
• Creating and managing team members' rosters
• Managing stock orders
• Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S
• Coordinate and supervise team members

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.

The Part Time Cleaner position is available with the following work schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00pm-10:00pm

The Part Time Cleaner Supervisor position is available with the following work schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00pm-11:00pm

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

• Have a strong focus on time management and attention to detail
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent presentation
• Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
• Good command of English language
• A police clearance certificate, Tax file number, and Superannuation are required
• Experience working with machinery
