Job Description
The role
The Executive Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring we meet our clients’ contractual needs. Working closely with building management and our onsite cleaning teams, you will be the face of our business and a key member of our management leadership team.
This role will be a full-time permanent position, located at a premium retail asset in the Greater Sydney area.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Ensure staffing needs and shift coverage needs are met,
- Training and mentoring team members,
- Building and maintain effective client relationships, managing client requests,
- Daily/Weekly KPI inspection,
- Preparation of reporting requirements,
- Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries,
- Actively promote a positive and safe work environment & compliance with all OH&S,
- Administration tasks as required.
The right candidate will ideally:
- Have previous experience in the cleaning industry,
- Be a natural leader, to lead, motivate and support a team ranging from 70+ staff,
- Have excellent time and operational management skills,
- Be driven to keen to succeed in a fast-paced environment,
- Be well organised, can forward plan and be flexible,
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills,
- Be experienced in managing budgets, forecasting & rostering,
- Understand compliance and health and safety procedures,
- Have intermediate to advanced computer skills.

The salary range for this job is between $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation.
