Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Support and lead working group sessions with Army leadership.
  • Support the development of client’s strategic goals, objectives and process improvements at an enterprise level.
  • Support the development of work products and deliverables; strategic planning, strategic communication and public affairs, budget and cost management, force management and human capital, surveys and assessments, performance management and program analysis and evaluation.
  • Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
  • Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
  • Service as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army with 3-10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
  • Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Proven experience and exceptional performance in challenging leadership positions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
  • U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
  • Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
  • Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 years as an active duty commissioned officer in the US Armed Forces
  • 3 years in one or more of the following:
    • Air Force - Space Systems Operations, Network Operations, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Developmental Engineer, Air Battle Management;
    • Army - Signal Officer (25A), Military Intelligence Officer (35A), Crypologic Linguist (35P), Multimedia Illustrator (25M);
    • Navy - Surface\Sub\Aviator; Communications Officer; Intel Officer, Crypto Officer;
    • Marine Corps - Communications, Signals Intelligence
  • Travel required

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
