Job Description

The firm is seeking a Quality Assurance and Change Management Analyst to be located in its San Diego, CA, Broomfield, CO, Boston, MA, or Washington, DC offices. The QA/Change Management Analyst will work to define and administer standard and uniform IS business processes. Primary focus will be on complementing the project management process by acting as the lead on all project-related testing and change management as dictated by the needs and scope of the project. The Analyst will also be responsible for the administration and management of the department’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and support of several office and firmwide operational duties. This position requires two plus years experience with quality assurance/testing and proven prior experience with configuration management and configuration management databases. Qualified candidates must have a strong theoretical understanding of concepts and software development lifecycle and project management process. In addition, candidates should be familiar with all aspects of software interaction with network systems, business application systems and troubleshooting bugs. Also required is a strong knowledge of testing methodologies and concepts. Prior law firm experience and a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Information Systems is preferred. Qualifications

Two plus years experience with quality assurance/testing and proven prior experience with configuration management and configuration management databases.

Strong theoretical understanding of concepts and software development lifecycle and project management process.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and concepts.

Prior law firm experience and a Bachelors degree in information Technology or Computer Information Systems is preferred.
