HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST/MANAGER

• HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST/MANAGER • Liaison with accounting regarding payroll (all non-tax related deductions) • Assist Practice and Operations Director re: Insurance renewals • Employee discipline • Employee separation • Maintaining employee records • Salary Administration • Staff Management • Maintaining employee records • Ensure legal compliance in all federal, local and state laws • Recruitment o Coordination of firm’s recruitment database o Searching, reviewing and qualifying resumes and the processing of same o Initial interview of candidates o Background checks • Upkeep of Firm Policies and Procedures Manuals o Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to all firm policies, procedures and processes • Verification of employment • Assist Practice and Operations Director re: Practice Management

Qualifications

Must have at least 3-5 years of HR Generalist/Management experience preferably from a law firm setting
