Job Description

Considine Search is looking to hire a second shift (12pm - 8pm) receptionist for our law firm client.  The role of a Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant is to consistently provide and maintain excellent standard of client care and staff support according to firm established policies and procedures.

Receives verbal information from callers or in person, relays messages and requests appropriate parties. Operates a multi-line telephone console - route incoming, outgoing and internal calls. Direct telephone calls to appropriate attorneys and staff.

Meets /greets clients and visitors- must be attentive to client needs, ensuring that hospitality is afforded to all guests.

Schedules and maintains records of conference rooms, books conference calls and arranges ground transportation.

Maintains, updates and distributes firm phone list and staff directories.

Assists with travel and hotel arrangements for staff, candidates and clients as necessary.

Maintains neatness of lobby and reception area.

Employee must perform all duties with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

5-10 years of Reception experience, a background in customer service or Hospitality helpful as well as a second language.

Skilled in Microsoft Office

Experienced with multi-line telephone system.

Good communication skills a must. Exceptional telephone etiquette required, all calls must be handled in a polite, professional manner.

Ability to multitask: handle high volume of calls , attend to client needs and handle administrative duties.

Must maintain a professional, well groomed appearance at all times. Must possess a friendly and approachable demeanor and be a team player.

Work occasionally requires irregular hours and/or more than 40 hours per week to perform essential duties of the position.

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm
