We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Fairfield!

Working as a School Based Clinical Supervisor for Connections for Kids, you will provide individual therapy and support for students with a mental health diagnosis and you will oversee and provide day to day oversight and expertise to our team of BHP's who provide one-on-one, in-classroom support to those students.

You will coordinate with client families and work in tandem with school personnel to provide behavioral management skills and a path to success for our clients. Our Clinical Supervisors are provided with weekly, in-depth, individual supervision and support, and participate in a monthly consultation with our experienced clinical team to learn the latest innovative trauma treatment. At CFK you'll be an involved member of our team where your practice is valued.

This is a full time position following the school calendar, and includes a modified Extended School Year Program between July and August.

If you…

• Are a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-cc or LCSW), LCPC, or LCPC-cc in the state of Maine,
• Have 1-2 years of total work experience with children and families,
• Supervisory experience preferred,
• Have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling,
• Have a valid driver’s license proof of auto insurance,
