Job Description
- Review architectural drawings to determine appropriate actions needed by trades
- Coordination of work performed by the trades, and conducting reviews to insure work compliance with the drawings
- Analyze drawings to insure that all information necessary to complete the project is included and to make note of any concerns
- Schedule and coordinate multiple subcontracts to an overall schedule
- Assess trade work completion with schedule and take action to make up for project delays
- Review subcontractor work for completeness, value, quality, accuracy, and cost
- Prepare Daily/Weekly job site report with photos
- Identify necessary change orders
- Understand and Implement Infectious Control Barriers
- Address performance concerns
Qualifications
- 10 years’ supervision experience in the commercial construction industry – Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong skills in Word and Excel
- Strong customer focus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to address performance concerns in a direct, amenable, and fair manner
- Strong ability to assess project status and take actions to address and make up for any parts of the process that may delay project completion beyond scheduled end date
- Ability to be a road warrior up to 100% travel (housing is provided + covered Travel home)
