What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for coordinating business and technical delivery aspects of the project throughout its duration and provide high-level management direction and coordination as required;

• Focus on ensuring that the environment of each team is working right;

• Performing high-level planning and delivery coordination, influencing teams throughout negotiation with the Product Owner;

• Monitoring progress against baselined high-level plans and provides detailed reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables;

• Reviewing the processes and needs of the teams and ensuring that they are progressing and not forgetting things;

• Responsible for successful completion of project deliverables;

• Supports the Product Owner, team leaders, the team members and the management team by ensuring that everyone is aware of what is actually happening and can trust the data being provided;

• Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques;

• Actively identifies, manages, and mitigates any project risks, ensuring appropriate input from all stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating to internal and external parties as appropriate;

• Align the company’s general business targets with the project’s objectives and outcomes;

• Act as the primary point-person for all of the project needs;

• Provide regular communication internally and externally on project status, schedules, issues, risks, and dependencies.

What We’re Looking For?

• 5+ years of experience in project management - software development industry;

• A strong project management background specifically software project development management, methodologies, frameworks, terminology and best practices;

• Experience managing multiple priorities/projects including project scope, schedules, quality and change management;

• Experience with managing projects of 30+ people in the development team;

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development life cycle and testing methodologies;

• Time management, decisional and analytical skills; highly motivated and self-driven;

• Proven skills in leadership and management;

• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other relevant certification are a plus;

• Critical thinking to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate technical problems.
