Connatix, the most advanced video platform for publishers, powers the video advertising businesses of the largest media companies in the world including CBS, Time Inc and Tribune Media. We are headquartered in New York City, with offices in Tel Aviv, Israel and Cluj, Romania.

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success in building a high quality online video platform.

What you’ll be doing?

• Produce high-quality technical and functional documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

• Write easy-to-understand developer guides, user interface text and wiki pages help

• Continuously improve documentation by responding to and incorporating feedback

• Works with product team and developers to ensure that the finished documentation meets product requirements

• Update and maintain existing product manuals and documentation

• Provide support to technical team as needed

• Edit, standardize, and improve content drafted by other team members

• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of distribution

• 3+ years of proven experience in a technical writing role in a technology company

• Excellent written skills in English

• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details

• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

• Able to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts

• Knowledge in translating technical data to user-friendly documentation

• Motivation and ability to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Tech savvy; able to learn new software and find solutions to technology-related issues

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Google products

• Experience working in Kanban/Scrum development environments
