About the Opportunity:

Connatix is hiring an Associate Product Manager based out of NYC who will report to the Head of Product. In this position, you will work with the Product & Design Team to develop innovative products for publishers and advertisers. The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity. He/She will work with a cross functional team to manage the product portfolio, assist with ideation and requirements gathering, and prepare for product launches.  This is an amazing ground floor opportunity to join and impact a team that is shaping the media landscape of the future.

About Your Day to Day:

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to define and document product requirements and identify product tests and use cases

  • Analyze data and perform competitive research to refine features, increase usage, drive revenue and improve user experience.

  • Weigh and justify product development between short-term needs and long-term strategic direction.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and QA teams.

  • Help manage feature backlogs and product documentation to provide consistency and visibility into the product roadmap.

  • Act as an ambassador for the product and develop documentation that supports the release of features. Help both internal and external users better understand, utilize and promote the product.

Qualifications

About You:

  • 1-3 years of Product Management or equivalent experience with successful history of delivering customer-oriented and complex solutions in a fast-moving environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree with concentration in computer science, business or an equivalent field

  • Ability to adapt to changes in marketplace, development process and priorities and a high degree of technical aptitude

  • Superior communication skills, with colleagues, teams, and customers

  • Outstanding project management skills and strong attention to detail

  • Experience using wireframing/design tools an advantage

  • Experience using JIRA or a similar project management system an advantage

  • Super-smart, passionate about what you with a willingness to work hard and a drive to have fun in the process.
