What you’ll be doing?

•    We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.

•    Create exceptional designs, for various online products and marketing campaigns from Ideation through flawless execution.

•    Collaborate with product and marketing teams to assess product requirements, translate requirements into prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and final designs.

•    Find multiple solutions to complex and challenging product tasks and develop deep understanding of the problem you need to solve.

•    Move fast and iterate quickly on your designs.

•    Do competitive research on new features or initiatives being developed by the product team.

•    Partner with developers when appropriate to ensure that the user experience is simple, straightforward, and elegant.

•    3+ years of experience working at a product-focused company as a Web Designer / Web Applications design.

•    Strong and creative portfolio, that demonstrates your experience.

•    Know how to work with process from brief, research to the final execution.

•    Able to work independently, multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment.

•    Ability to consider long-term sustainability of design decisions and maintain an eye for reusability of designs

•    Excellent communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions.

•    Detail-oriented and constantly thriving for pixel-perfect designs

•    Fast learner and thinker, naturally curious, fast to respond.

•    Highly proficient in Adobe CC Apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Xd, Animate), Sketch and prototyping tools like inVison, Studio and Principle
