Events Associate £29,000 per annum Cheltenham

Job Description

My client is relocating there Head Office from London to Cheltenham and the Events Manager has decided to stay in London with her family, so we are now looking for a new person to join the company and look after the Events and PR side of our guest management. That is clients and suppliers who visit our Head Office for meetings and entertainment.

You will need to look after them during their stay and ensure they receive the very best introductions to people on there itinery for the day, and to tend to there requests during there stay. you will also look after corporate events, internal launches and parties.

Our client is a Major retail chain who have a huge online side of there business and are only involved in ladies fashions. Your presentation skills and handling people at different levels will be key to your success in this role. You will be the person they remember at making their stay at Millen House an exceptional experience.

Your background could be in events, it could be front of house in a boutique hotel, it could be in a PR focused role, you may have a completely mixed career of sales and PR, or Sales and Events, or a mix of backgrounds. 

The role is not for people who think they can do it, as you will be tested on your exceptional people skills, and handling and planing of big meetings and your background of having relevant jobs that demonstrate that.
