Job Description
$15-20 per hour DOE, Medical, Vacation, Sick Leave, SIMPLE IRS with employee match, Education Benefits
JOB DUTIES:
-Fulfills and supervises the landscaping requests of our clients, which include landscaping construction, repairs, and maintenance.
-Reviews employee’s performance by evaluating work performance and responsibilities.
-Trains and supervises employees.
-Ensures that company resources are being used properly, such as employees, tools, and equipment. -Coordinates the use of these resources.
-Work with management team to research best options for equipment use and inventory equipment. Work with management team to research best options for replacements when needed.
-Develop and maintain working relationships with employees and the public.
Supervisor will be the owner of the company.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have at least two years of experience working in landscaping.
-Thorough knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and irrigation of the area.
-Knowledge of practices and procedures of landscaping.
-Must have a polite and professional demeanor.
-Have experience and knowledge of the use and maintenance of power and hand tools for vehicle and mechanical system work. These tools include jacks, air tools, and other tools for repairs and maintenance.
-Must be able to operate and maintain company vehicles and landscaping equipment.
-Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
-Have an Oregon Landscape Construction Professional License and Oregon Commercial Pesticide -Applicator’s License (Herbicide and Insecticide), or have the ability to obtain these licenses shortly.
-Must have a valid Oregon driver’s license with no more than one minor violation in three years.
-Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
