Job Description

The Customer Support Technician position is in many ways the face of the company. Many times customers only interaction with our company is via a Customer Support Technician. With this is mind, providing friendly, efficient, knowledgeable customer support at a level that truly WOW’s our customers is of the utmost importance.

Qualifications

  • Prior Technical Support experience
  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • Experience with SQL highly desireable but not required
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat highly desireable but not required
  • Ability to take initiative when needed and not wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to communicate with customers and employees in a professional, courteous, and engaging manner
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
