Job Description

·Work with Accounts Managers who are at Competent Systems HQ in Atlanta, GA.

·Minimum 1 yrs to 3 yrs desired experience.

·A Minimum of Two years of recruiting experience desired in Direct Client Recruitment Model in US Staffing.

·Should be well versed with the sourcing methods through the Internet, Job Boards and networking channels.

·Screening and Shortlisting candidates per specific job descriptions.

·Format and edit resumes for submit to end clients/customers.

·Can able to post the requirements in Job portals.

·Knowledgeable in the USA IT Job market.

·Proven track record of opening and maintaining client relationships.

·Ability to multi-task.

·Recent experience IT staffing services is desirable.

·EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
