Job Description

The IT Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing service and support to employees on IT and system related issues. The IT Help Desk Specialist will work with teammates to identify common support requests and propose enhancements or updates to improve systems. This position support the function of the IT team to ensure proper functionally and usage of internal systems and technology available to employees.
